Craps is one of the most exciting games at the casino, and although it may sound complex at first,
once you get into it playing comes naturally. The aim of online Craps is to guess the outcome of the dice combination.
Craps Rules & Course Play:
Online Craps is based on a rotating system of betters and dice-throwers (known as “Shooters”). A player becomes the shooter by making either a “pass line” or “don’t pass line” bet (both explained below) and having the dice passed to them by the “stickman” (he who collects the dice). The shooter continues to roll until he/she rolls a 7, after which a new shooter is chosen.
1) The “Pass Line Bet” is the most basic bet in online Craps, and those who bet on it follow this game structure: If on the “come-out-roll” (the 1st roll in a series or dice-throws) a dice combination totaling 7 or 11 is rolled, then the players who made this bet win and the series ends. If a total of 2, 3 or 12 is rolled, the players lose and the series ends. Any other combinations rolled become the “shooter’s point”, and must be rolled again before a total of 7 is rolled, in order to win. If a 7 is rolled 1st, all pass line bets lose and the series ends.
• The “Don’t Pass Bet” is the same as the Pass-Line bet, only opposite; when a 7 or 11 is rolled the players lose, and when a 2, 3 or 12 is rolled, the players win.
2) Once the Come Out roll has been made, players can bet on The “Come” and “Don’t Come” Bets. These are the same as the Pass and Don’t Pass bets. If a 7 or 11 is rolled then the Come bets win and the Don’t Come bets lose. If a 2, 3 or 12 is rolled then the Come Bets lose and the Don’t Come bets win. Similarly, any other numbers rolled become the player’s point, which if rolled again become a win for the Come bets and a loss for the Don’t Come bets (which need a 7 in order to win).
3) The “Place” or “Buy” bets are made on specific numbers which win if they are rolled before a 7 comes up.
